What happens after I upload a video?
An email is sent to our moderators that states that a new video has been uploaded and the video is put into queue in our screening room. Only our moderators have the ability to view the video at this point. Next your video is vetted by our publishers and checked for accuracy, relevancy, and suitability for the site. If it meets all our requirements it is then approved and posted on SchoolWAX TV for everyone to see.
Can I download videos onto my computer so I can view them later?
All media was designed to be viewed while you are online only. There are no download links to save videos onto your computer. You must be connected to the Internet to watch the videos.

What are the minimum requirements my computer must have in order to watch videos on SchoolWAX TV?
For optimum viewing it is recommended that you have high speed Internet. The videos won't run as well on a slower connection.
What do I need to have to watch videos on SchoolWAX TV?
You need to have a Windows or Macintosh computer with a high speed Internet connection and an Internet browser program (note: for optimum viewing on Internet Explorer version 7 or higher is recommended). To view videos on SchoolWAX TV you will need Flash player installed. We recommend having Flash player version 9 or higher so you can watch videos in full screen mode. Most computers will play Flash videos without any additional action required. If you do not have Flash, it should prompt you to download it the first time you click on a video.
Will I need any plugins to view the videos?
You should not need to download any plugins to view videos on SchoolWAX TV, however if you have an older computer you may need to download Flash. If you don’t have Flash, you can download it for free here. We also recommend that you have JavaScript enabled to properly view our menu links. The site will still function if JavaScript is disabled, but some of the menu’s aesthetics will be lost.

Is there a file size restriction for uploading videos to SchoolWAX TV??
SchoolWAX TV? accepts a maximum file size of 100 MB. If your file is larger than that, consider either lowering the quality or bit rate and/or breaking the file into multiple, smaller files and creating a series of videos.

In order to be as secure and safe as possible, only moderators can add or remove videos from public view on SchoolWAX TV?. This way we can ensure that no inappropriate videos are posted to SchoolWAX TV?. To have a video that you posted removed contact our moderators by using our Contact form.

What is RSS?

How do I access RSS Feeds?
Installing a news reader that displays RSS Feeds from the websites you specify allows you to keep up to date with content on your favorite websites. You can subscribe to a feed by entering the feed's link into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in a browser that initiates the subscription process. When you check your news reader you will see updated content for all the websites that you have subscribed to. There are web-based and downloadable news readers available.
